004 – Ocean Waves, Binaural Beats, Ambient Music and Synth ASMR with Visuals 1 Hour

This is a 1 hour sound experience that is most effective when using headphones to benefit from the use of binaural beats to achieve a delta brain wave state. The visualization is primarily for ambient lighting if necessary. While pleasing to look at, relaxation, meditation, and sleep are best achieved without staring at a screen. Using the visuals as distant lighting is preferred. This piece utilizes synthesized ocean waves to help relax the mind and help in achieving a slow, rhythmic breathing pattern. Although, the waves should not be rigidly followed when breathing. The binaural beating is used to invite the two hemispheres of the brain to synchronize in a delta state of brain wave activity, which is most conducive for sleep, but can also be used for deep meditation so long as consciousness is maintained. Finally, synthesized musical tones are utilized to simultaneously lull the mind into a more peaceful state while also stimulating a meridian response.

This audio/visual material is intended for relaxation, meditation, or sleep. It contains synthesized ocean waves for relaxation, binaural beats to lower the listener’s brain waves to a delta state, and ambient ASMR tones that are used for setting a relaxing atmosphere that also stimulate a meridian response through articulation of certain frequency regions. The sound experience is most effective when using headphones. The visuals are to provide ambient light in a room if need be. While pleasing, the visuals are not intended to be started at within a close range, which is not conducive to relaxation for the sound experience.

002 – Ocean Waves & Binaural Beats with Visuals 1 Hour

This is a 1 hour audio/visual sound experience intended to help with relaxation, meditation, and sleep. Synthesized ocean waves help to establish a relaxed mind as binaural beats that are within the delta wave frequency range. This sound experience is most effective when using headphones, which are required to hear the beating effect between the tones that help to establish a delta brain wave state between both hemispheres of the brain. The visuals are intended to be used as ambient lighting. Staring at the screen is probably not conducive for any of the purposes of this sound experience. Passively seeing the video from a distance is better than paying focused attention to it. Using it as alight to fill the room without being watched is probably the best use of the video.
